Youth Leadership
Young people leading the change
The most effective anti-bullying work is led by young people themselves. BRA’s Youth Leadership programme trains, supports, and amplifies young ambassadors who are changing the culture in their schools and communities — not just responding to bullying after it happens, but preventing it by building cultures of kindness and respect.
What we do
- BRA Ambassador programme — training and certification for young people aged 13–18 who want to lead anti-bullying work in their school or community
- Youth Board — a governance body of young people who shape BRA’s strategy and programmes
- Peer workshops — ambassadors deliver workshops in their own schools, supported by BRA training and resources
- Digital leadership — equipping young people to build kinder online communities
Become an ambassador
If you’re aged 13–18 and want to lead anti-bullying work in your school or community, we’d love to hear from you. Training is free, certified, and counts towards Duke of Edinburgh and similar programmes.
