Empower & Inspire: A Safe Space for Teens
Empower & Inspire is BRA’s flagship youth event — a half-day workshop for teens aged 13–18 who have experienced bullying, witnessed it, or want to be part of changing the culture in their school.
What to expect
- Small-group conversations led by trained BRA ambassadors and coaches
- Practical strategies for responding to bullying — online and offline
- Goal-setting and strengths discovery workshops
- A safe, confidential space to share (or just listen)
- Free lunch and refreshments
Who it’s for
Any teen aged 13–18. You don’t need to have been bullied to attend — allies and aspiring ambassadors are welcome. Parents are not in the room (we hold a separate parallel session for parents who want to stay).

- Location: South London Community Centre (full address on booking)
- Cost: Free — booking required
- Safeguarding: All BRA staff and volunteers are DBS-checked. Two designated safeguarding leads on site.
